I read "Depends on How the Horse Sees It."
https://www.horsesciencenews.com/horse-behavior/depends-on-how-a-horse-sees-it.php
The article is about determining horse's emotional response to certain objects. They first used a bucket, associated with food, which produced a positive reaction. The researchers watched how many times they examined things, including which eye because horses have basically no overlapping vision. A scary novel object was observed with the left eye, while the buckets examined with the right eye. They determined that the left hemisphere of the brain has the higher power when it comes to assessing new situations for potential danger, but both sides are used to process positive items.
I thought the article was very interesting. I don't really pay attention to the eye my horse uses when I'm training, but now I will.
If I were to take notes on this, I would probably use an outline. I think it would work the best and be the most cohesive for this type of writing.
